For this brief, we were assigned to create an infographic on a topic that interested us at the Bloedel Conservatory. We took notes, documented our observations, and captured photos to help practice our research. I chose to focus on the birds, mapping out where each species originated using the photos I took. I aimed for a vintage, old-computer aesthetic with minimal colour and serifed typefaces. To complete the look, I layered various textures to give the infographic a distinct, retro feel.
